Losing weight : Functional training

Functional training is not easy. It involves building core strength and endurance for each muscle, each part of the body. I have started with same and am hoping to see the effects soon. As a starter I began to feel fresh, more active and motivated. My days productivity has increased and I am getting a bigger output at work.

Functional training began by excercises which involved stretching, leg raising, push ups and jumps apart from a plenty of other workouts. The most interesting are the rope training and tyre lifting.

In rope training a pair of thick jute ropes are attached to the wall and the other end is in my hand. I have to alternately lift the ropes at a fast speed with my back and knees bent.
